Every VMS client is assigned a Single-Point-Of-Contact (SPOC) or Account Manager to serve as a primary contact. The SPOC is responsible for managing and dispersing all job requisitions, responding to billing and reporting issues, personnel concerns and timely feedback before, during and after the placement.

Supporting the Account Manager, the VMS recruiting team sources, prescreens, evaluates and submits only the most qualified candidates to open requisitions.
